The Bliss Model A fabric cutter was initially manufactured by Harry M. Fraser, in Manchester, Connecticut, starting in 1947. To this day, this cutter remains very popular, due to its portability, ease of use, and durability.
This cutter includes the case, as shown in the photos.
You can purchase a new cutter from Fraser Rugs, as they continue to manufacture this cutter today.
This used cutter comes with one cutter head and a wrench used to change cutter heads. Because this is a used cutter, it contains minor blemishes consistent with age and use.
The cutter heads come in seven sizes, with each number representing the width of the resulting fabric cut:
#2 - cuts eight (8) 2/32" width strips at a time
#3 - cuts six (6) 3/32" width strips at a time
#4 - cuts four (4) 4/32" width strips at a time
#5 - cuts three (3) 5/32" width strips at a time
#6 - cuts three (3) 6/32" width strips at a time
#7 - cuts two (2) 7/32" width strips at a times
