Many of our patterns are hand-printed to order, and typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks. During the April through October workshop season, production can take approximately 4 to 5 weeks before shipping. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you need your pattern for a specific workshop or event, please include a note in your order. We’ll review whether expedited handling may be possible, but we can’t guarantee an exact shipping date.

The pattern came missing the moon

The pattern came missing the moon. That is an intregral part of the pattern. I’m a new hooker and almost missed this. My teacher had to draw it in for me. I reported this when I got the pattern, only to receive an AI reply. Very disappointing. I would have expected a personal response.

Hi Rhonda, thank you for sharing your experience. We do have an AI agent that often helps customers faster than we can, and sometimes it closes out the ticket before we see it. We do apologize for the missing moon in the pattern and for any frustration caused. The design doesn't actually come with the pattern as the artist originally drew it, but the completed version online shows the moon as an accent that was added by the rug hooker. well, my pattern took a

well, my pattern took a trip to south america before arriving in Goodyear Arizona. Took about 2 weeks to get and if I was waiting to have it for a class I would have been a little upset!!!!Please check on your mailing department to make sure everything is going where it should. I do love the pattern and am having fun hooking. Thanks
