Fraser Company in Manchester, Connecticut, these cutters - including the beloved Bliss Model A - remain in use today because or their durability and simplicity.
Built with straightforward mechanics, Fraser cutters are known for their durability, portability, and consistent results. Many Fraser cutters in use today are decades old—and still cutting like new.

The Model A (Bliss) Fabric Cutter
A true classic, the Model A cuts uniform wool strips quickly and reliably.
