Since 1947 Fraser fabric cutters have helped rug hookers cut consistent, uniform wool strips with speed and convenience. Originally produced by the Harry M. Fraser Company in Manchester, Connecticut, these cutters - including the beloved Bliss Model A - remain in use today because or their durability and simplicity.
