Many of our patterns are hand-printed to order, and typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks. During the April through October workshop season, production can take approximately 4 to 5 weeks before shipping. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you need your pattern for a specific workshop or event, please include a note in your order. We’ll review whether expedited handling may be possible, but we can’t guarantee an exact shipping date.

PR1068 Snowpeople Warm Months

I am satisfied with the pattern sent, however I am not satisfied with the price that I had to pay for this. However I am not pleased with the price I had to pay.I ordered the Winter Months SnowPeople in Feb, 2014 and paid $109.13 Cdn in total, for this one I ended paying $190.23 Cdn. The pattern was $163.39 Cdn including shipping, then when the package arrived I had to pay another $26.84 which included taxes and handling charges at customs. So in total I paid $190.23 Cdn. way to much for this pattern. You give your US customers a break but what about us Cdn. which I belong to a group of 50 rug hooking women who order patterns, with this cost I can see not very many of us ordering.

Thank you for your note. As you pointed out, shipping to Canada is very expensive, and in addition, can incur other customs and handing fees that are out of our control. We are looking into alternative methods, but as of now, haven't found a suitable sultan that is cost effective for us and our Canadian customers.
