The Rigby Cloth Stripping Machine can be used as a rug hooking wool cutter. This version (the model D) mounts to a tabletop.
One of the nice features of this cutter, is that it supports two cutter heads at the same time, allowing the user to easily switch between cut sizes without having to remove the cutter heads. Each cutter head also has a matching "cutter finger cleaner" which keeps scraps of fabric from building up inside the teeth of the cutter head.
Because this is a used cutter, it contains blemishes and wear consistent with age and use, as shown.

#3 - cuts five (5) 3/32" width strips at a time
#4 - cuts four (4) 4/32" width strips at a time
