Whether your cutter needs a tune-up, repair, or replacement parts, we’ll evaluate it carefully and recommend only what’s truly needed.
How the service works

Submit a Repair Request
Start by purchasing the Repair & Maintenance Service. This covers intake, inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and evaluation. -
Ship Your Cutter to Us
You’ll send your cutter to our shop using your preferred carrier. We recommend packing carefully and insuring the shipment. Include the order number and your name and at least one cutter head (or more if they are not cutting). Cutters can be mailed to:

Evaluation & Service
We inspect the cutter for wear, alignment, tension, and overall function.-
Basic maintenance and adjustments are included

If parts are needed, we’ll contact you before proceeding

Once approved, we complete the work and return your cutter ready to use.

Rather than offering reconditioning services, we focus on replacement cutter heads when needed. This approach:
