Many of our patterns are hand-printed to order, and typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks. During the April through October workshop season, production can take approximately 4 to 5 weeks before shipping. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you need your pattern for a specific workshop or event, please include a note in your order. We’ll review whether expedited handling may be possible, but we can’t guarantee an exact shipping date.

little (and I mean LITTLE) visitor is a beautiful pictured pattern but the features are just too small

You're correct, this is a fine cut piece, and very intricate. If you would like, you can return the pattern for a refund and we can look at enlarging the pattern for you on a custom basis. IF you would like to do that, email us at patterns@rughook.com and let us know the size pattern you would like. For example, if we doubled the size of the pattern, it would be 22' x 30' (instead of the 11' x 15' that it is now).
