Many of our patterns are hand-printed to order, and typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks. During the April through October workshop season, production can take approximately 4 to 5 weeks before shipping. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you need your pattern for a specific workshop or event, please include a note in your order. We’ll review whether expedited handling may be possible, but we can’t guarantee an exact shipping date.

Disaster of the missing pattern

I ordered the pattern in what I thought was enough time to get it before I was leaving for Rug Camp in Canada. However, when it had not come a week before I was to leave, I started calling and emailing but did not get a response for several days. When I did get a response I was reminded that it could be 6 weeks to get a pattern. I was told the pattern would be expressed mail and I should get it before I left. Pattern did not arrive. A mutual friend and hooker intervened-p,attern would be shipped to rug csmp in Canada. Patern arrived in the afternoon of the last day of the workshop--I had to design my own pattern for class. I appreciate that I do not have to pay for pattern, but am disappointed that I did not get to work with the teacher on this rug.diana schofield

Thank you for your post, and for rising this issue up. Unfortunately, we've seen a recent increase of shipments to Canada taking upwards of four weeks to be shipped inside Canada, once they make it to the border. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but the problem seems to be between the USPS and Canada Post. We are researching this problem and are hopeful that we can find a solution. In the mean time, we will make it clearer to those getting packages shipped to Canada that shipping times to Canada are longer than typical.
